Greymorning Studio

A SOFTWARE STUDIO FOR OPERATORS

Most studios sell a team.
We sell an outcome.

Greymorning Studio builds software products and business systems for established operators who need to move faster than their current options allow.

Who this is for

For operators
who run something real.

Your current options are: a 20-person agency that is slow and expensive, offshore developers who need managing, or a freelancer who disappears halfway through. You have been through at least one of these.

We are for operators who run something real and are tired of losing quarters to the gap between strategy and engineering.

Built without a 20-person agency underneath, so the engineering hours go to your build, not to internal coordination.

What we build

We build across three surfaces.

Customer-facing products

Mobile and web apps your customers use every day. Ordering flows, booking systems, loyalty surfaces, self-service accounts, and storefronts. For F&B chains whose current ordering app costs them orders, for retail and consumer brands that need a direct channel their customers actually return to, and for operators launching a new direct-to-customer line.

Client and partner portals

Secure web platforms where your clients, partners, or members interact with you. Document exchange, case and matter tracking, approval workflows, status dashboards, and structured communication. For audit firms still emailing Excel files back and forth, for law firms that need a defensible client handoff, and for any operator whose clients deserve more than a shared drive.

Internal operations systems

Full-stack systems your team runs on. Operational dashboards, internal tooling, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations across the tools you already pay for. For logistics operators whose dispatch still runs on WhatsApp, for field-service firms whose job sheets live on paper, and for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but cannot find an off-the-shelf system that fits their actual workflow.

How we work

How we run an engagement.

  1. 01

An engineer talks to you directly.

No account manager. No coordinator. The person building your product is the person you talk to.

  2. 02

We fix the outcome before we fix the scope.

The first conversation is about what success looks like six weeks from now. Scope follows, not the other way around.

  3. 03

Scope is rewritten weekly, in writing.

A living document that changes as reality changes, not a 30-page contract locked in month one.

  4. 04

We ship in small visible increments.

Weekly at minimum. You see working software, not status reports.

Our commitments

What we commit to.

  1. 01

    Everything is yours.

The software, the accounts, the keys, the data. From day one. No lock-in. Not to our tools, not to our domain, not to our infrastructure.

  2. 02

    No offshore. No subcontracting.

Every line we ship runs through the studio. End to end.

  3. 03

The handover is an event, not a disappearance.

Every engagement ends with a working system, documentation, and a 30-day bug-fix window after handover.

The founder

Who I am.

I am Nishant, founder and engineer of Greymorning Studio.

Eight years of building software, end to end. Mobile and web, frontend and backend, architecture through delivery.

I led engineering at LoadExx, a last-mile logistics platform, where I built and managed the team. The work has spanned four industries: logistics at LoadExx, fintech at GoSats (a mobile rewards app), real estate at Techiebutler (mobile and web for a UAE platform), and edtech at BGurus.

Four companies. Four industries. The stack has changed. The job has not: understand the operator's problem, choose the right architecture, ship the thing that works.

Greymorning Studio is the studio version of that job.
